So for all of you HILLS lovers (I’m obsessed)…here’s a sneak peak into Lauren Conrad’s “do anywhere” workout. She uses a resistance band which is cheap. You can get it at Walmart or any sporting good store. It’s light so you can carry it anywhere. It doesn’t require much space so you can do it in your dorm room or apartment. It’s perfect for creating LEAN muscle because you are not using heavy weights, but are still getting a GREAT workout.
